Peoples and wife, Henrietta Peeples, by deed recorded in Book “1333”, page 295, Probate Office, Etowah County, Alabama, and which point is the point of beginning to describe the tract of land herein conveyed; thence from said point of beginning to continue in a Southerly direction along the East line of Phil Street a distance of 535.90 feet to a point where the east line of Phil Street Intersects the North line of Colvin Circle; thence deflect an angle to the left and run in an Easterly direction along the North line of Colvin Circle to a point of curve to the left; thence continue to run along a curve to the left along the Northerly and Northeasterly line of Colvin Circle to a point where said curve ends; thence continue to run in a Northerly direction along the West line of Colvin Circle a distance of 441.22 feet, more or less, to the Southeast corner of that certain tract of land described in deed from Bobby J. Warren, et ux, to Eugene E. Peeples, et ux, recorded in Book “1333”, page 295, Probate Office, Etowah County, Alabama; thence deflect an angle to the left and run in a Westerly direction along the South line 310 feet to the point of beginning; said description embracing a portion of the Northeast Quarter (NE ¼) of the Southwest Quarter (SW ¼) in Section Eight (8), Township Thirteen (13), South of Range Six (6), East of Huntsville Meridian, and lying and Being in the Southside, Etowah County, Alabama.
