Ordering Abatement of Nuisance

                                                                       

Whereas, the Building Official has determined that a structure located at 

712 NUCKOLLS STREET in District 2 in the City of Gadsden, more particularly described as:

A lot or parcel of land described as beginning where the southwest line of Lot Number Seven (7) intersects the southeast line thereof and from thence run in a Northeasterly direction and along the southeast line of Lot #7 a distance of 150 feet, more or less, to the southwest line of that certain lot conveyed by J.
