Said Dodge Charger vehicle had its original VIN plates removed and replaced with fraudulent plates and original VIN was reported as a stolen motor vehicle. Plaintiff seeks compensatory and punative damages against Defendant Retail Redy, LLC as a result of the fraudulent sale of the subject vehicle.

THAT on the 22nd day of September, 2016, Eric D. Bonner, Attorney for the Plaintiffs filed in the above styled cause an an Affidavit stating that the Defendant Retail Redy, LLLC, and its owner and registered agent Brian C. Campbell, current address is unknown and that reasonable diligence has been exercised to locate the same.
