Norris Museum holds historical groundbreaking ceremony

A historical ground breaking ceremony for Norris Museum in Attalla took place on July 1.
The museum will be dedicated to Norris High School, Attalla’s black high school that closed upon integration in 1969.
Myrna Baker opened the ceremony by singing “God Bless America,” and Rev. W.H. Granger offered a prayer.
