The Gadsden City girls basketball team opened the 2015 portion of its schedule in fine fashion on Tuesday (Dec. 6), posting a 62-46 win over Class 5A No. 6 Anniston at GCHS.
The win, which was the teams’ 10th straight, moved the Class 7A No. 6 Lady Titans’ record to 16-2 on the season.

Etowah placed four players in double figures on the way to a 74-64 Class 5A Area 13 win over the Douglas on Tuesday (Dec. 6) in Attalla.
Jalen Williams led the Blue Devils with 25 points, followed by Alvin “Pooh” Bolden with 19. Labradford Britton tossed in 14 and Andreas Walker followed with 12.
