Patriot’s Association inducts veterans into Hall of Honor

The Gadsden-Etowah Patriots Association’s Hall of Honor luncheon was held on Wednesday, November 4 at Convention Hall. The association honored 11 veterans for their sacrifice and dedication to the community. The event was catered by the Bridal Garden.

Gadsden City Council approves feral cat program

At the Gadsden City Council meeting on Tuesday, Nov. 3, a new program was unanimously passed for the Humane Society Pet Rescue and Adoption Center.
“We’ve been looking at ways to decrease overpopulation in the area,” said Lisa Brackett, Shelter Manager.

On Thursday, November 12, the Gadsden Public Library will host Once Upon a Prom at Gadsden Convention Hall from 6 to 9 p.m.
