Alabama drastically improved its NCAA Tournament chances with two road wins last week. The Crimson Tide knocked off Florida, 61-55, in Gainesville and defeated LSU, 76-69, in Baton Rouge. Titans’ Jaggears finishes runnerup at wrestling sectionals

Gadsden Middle School 8th grader Samuel Jaggears (pictured on right) finished second overall in the 113-pound weight class at the AHSAA Class 7A Super Sectional Wrestling Tournament last Saturday (Feb. 13) in Birmingham. 

Jaggears will compete as the No. 2 seed in the Class 7A state tournament this weekend in Huntsville.
