For a point of beginning to describe the lands herein, start at the southwest corner of the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4, in Section 4, and from thence run in an easterly direction along the south line of said forty a distance of 175 feet to where the east line of Evans Alley, or street, intersects said forty line; thence deflect an angle of 79°54’ to the left and run in a northerly direction along the east line of said alley, or street, a distance of 346 feet to a point, which point is the northwest corner of that certain tract conveyed by Eugenis Nobles, et al, to Thomas A.
