Sunset Sips returning on Oct. 21

On Tuesday, Oct. 21, the Memorial Bridge will transform into a setting for an evening of company, scenic views and refreshments. Guests can enjoy hors d’oeuvres paired with a selection of wine and beer as the sun sets over the Coosa River at the annual Sunset Sips event.

“Tickets are limited to 300, so we encourage everyone to get theirs early,” said Kay Moore, DGI Director. “This fundraiser supports our ongoing downtown restoration projects, and we’re so grateful for the community’s continued enthusiasm. Several downtown restaurants will also offer specials for attendees, so we hope everyone will keep the celebration going with dinner afterward.”

The 2025 Sunset Sips event is sponsored by Merrill Lynch, with additional support from Coosa Consulting, The Stone Market, Back Forty Beer Company, Greater Gadsden Area Tourism and Trim It Up.

Tickets are $50 per person and can be purchased at the Downtown Gadsden Inc. office, The Stone Market and King’s Olive Oil, or online at https://downtowngadsden.com/sunset-sips-2025/
