Titans fall to Hewitt-Trussville

Blake Bailey threw for 266 yards and a touchdown to lead host Hewitt-Trussville over Gadsden City on Friday.

The Huskies totaled 352 total yards while limiting the Titans to 185. Despite the statistical advantage, the Huskies trailed 10-14 in the fourth quarter, until Bailey threw an 18-yard touchdown pass to provide the winning margin.

Gadsden City (5-5) travels to Bessemer City on Friday for the first round of the Class 6A state playoffs.
