Southside opened the 2013 high school football season with a bang on Thursday (Aug. 29). 

More importantly, the Panthers closed the game just as strong.

Patriots fall to Susan Moore

 West End fell to Susan Moore, 44-14, on Thursday (Aug. 29). 

The host Bulldogs led 31-8 at halftime.

Rhett Lister and Chase Blanton scored touchdowns for the Patriots.

Titans kicking off Matt Scott era
