Three local high school runners placed in the top 10 at the White Plains Wildcat Twilight Invite 5K on Thursday, Aug. 24.
In the girls’ small school division, Glencoe’s Sarah Ponder (pictured above) finished sixth with a time of 24:26.14, while Hokes Bluff’s Emma Godfrey came in eighth at 24:48.17.
In the boys’ small school division, Hokes Bluff’s Ethan Patterson placed sixth at 19:06.98.
