Ashville falls to Good Hope

Ashville lost to Class 4A, Region 6 rival Good Hope, 46-7, on September 3.
The Bulldogs (1-2) scored their lone touchdown at the 10:28 mark of the fourth quarter on a 5-yard run by Jalen Williams. Greyson Simpson added the PAT was good to make the score 34-7.
For Ashville, Dylan Harris was 5 for 12 in passing for 52 yards and rushed seven times for 55 yards. Cole Hyatt (pictured above) rushed for 65 yards on eight carries, while Williams ran 10 times for 45 yards.
Ashville host Oneonta this Friday (Sept. 10) in region action.
