Etowah had a successful homecoming with a 50-14 victory over Class 5A, Region 7 rival Fairview on Friday (Sept. 18) in Attalla.
For the Blue Devils (3-2, 3-0), Paul Ruiz rushed for 107 yards and two touchdowns on nine carries, while Stacy Williams gained 95 yards on six seven attempts.
After a bye this week, Etowah resumes region play on Oct. 2 with a trip to Guntersville.
