Three Gadsden State athletic programs and a number of individual GSCC student-athletes were recently named to the National Junior College Athletic Association’s All-Academic Team for 2023-44.
Student-athletes are eligible to earn academic honors by achieving an overall GPA of 3.60 or higher for the 2023-24 academic year. The criteria for the three NJCAA All-Academic teams are a 4.0 GPA for first team, a 3.80-3.99 GPA for second team and a 3.60-3.79 GPA for third team.
Four Gadsden State teams made the third team: men’s tennis with a 3.42 GPA, women’s cross country with a 3.28, baseball with a 3.24 GPA and volleyball with a 3.21 GPA.
First team (4.0 GPA)
