Comedian Henry Cho is coming to Gadsden for one night of clean laughs.
As part of his summer tour, Cho is presenting an evening of stand-up comedy at the Ritz Theatre in downtown Alabama City on Saturday, August 12. The first show starts at 7 p.m. (sold out) and the second and final show starts at 9 p.m. (seating available).
All performances are at the historic Ritz Theatre, 310 Wall St. in downtown Alabama City.
Cho’s routine includes diverse topics such as Southernisms, spouses, kids (he’s a dad of three), U.S. history and his ties to Alabama (his wife is from Arab).
Cho’s resume is extensive. His TV special, “What’s That Clickin’ Noise?” ran previously on Comedy Central and Netflix. He can be heard daily on SiriusXM, Blue Collar Radio and Pandora. Some of Cho’s film credits include McHale’s Navy, Say It Isn’t So and Material Girls. Cho was the keynote entertainer for The 59th Annual Radio and Television Correspondents’ Dinner and has worked extensively with Vince Gill, Amy Grant, Willie Nelson, Carrie Underwood and Reba McEntire.
Cho’s clean comedy has been heard in Vegas and on tour with Michael W. Smith.
