Lady Cardinals go 2-2 on the week

Gadsden State lost to Pellissippi State, 226-24, 14-25, 12-25, 16-25 on Thursday, Sept. 19 in Knoxville, Tenn. For the Lady Cardinals (6-9, 1-2), Kiley Turner had eight kills, followed by Kaleigh Butler with six, Ella Garmany with five and Ally Folsom with three.
Rylin St. Clair and Emma Earl had 14 and nine assists, respectively. Allie Bryant (pictured above) had four service aces.
Bryant came up with 20 digs, followed by St. Clair and Ellie Carden with eight each, Butler with six, Earl with five and Tyler, Kinslee Gray and Lacie Roer with three each.

Gadsden State swept Pearl River (Miss.) Community College, 25-13, 25-15, 25-23 on Wednesday, Sept. 18 at Beck Gymnasium.
For the Lady Cardinals, Kaleigh Butler had 14 kills, followed by Savannah Hall and Kylee Turner with eight each, Ella Garmany with five and Makasia Crawford with three. Turner also had two blocks.
Rylin St. Clair distributed 33 assists and served up four aces.
Allie Bryant came up with 22 digs, followed by Lacie Roer with 10, St. Clair with seven, Garmany with six and Butler and Ellie Carden with four each.

Gadsden State lost to Snead State, 25-23, 10-25, 23-25, 22-25 in Alabama Community College Conference action on Monday, Sept. 16 at Beck Gymnasium. For the Lady Cardinals (5-8), Savannah Hall and Kaleigh Butler each had 11 kills, followed by Ella Garmany and Kiley Tyler with seven each. Rylin St. Clair and Emma Earl had 21 and 13 assists, respectively. Ellie Carden had three service aces.
Allie Bryant came up with 26 digs, followed by St. Clair with 14, Kinslee Gray with 11, Earl with seven, Butler and Carden with five each, Hall with four and Garmany with three.

Gadsden State posted a 25-2, 25-5, 25-17 victory over the Georgia Highlands junior varsity on Saturday, Sept. 14 in Rome, Ga.
Savannah Hall had 11 kills for the Lady Cardinals, followed by Kiley Tyler with seven, Ally Folsom and Kaleigh Butler with five each, Ella Garmany with four and Makasia Crawford and Ryleigh Pack with three each. Rylin St. Clair distributed 25 assists while Emma Earl dealt out seven. Earl also had three blocks.
