ORDINANCE NO. O-60-23 (Synopsis)
Amending City Code Chapter 74 – Licenses and Taxation
Amending City Code Sections 74-61 through 74-93 – Updating rates for Privilege License Tax and procedures/schedules for issuance of business licenses. The restructure of business li-cense schedules affected the reclassification and reassignment of all business categories with-in section 74-91 & 74-92.
A copy of the full ordinance may be obtained from the office of the city clerk during normal business hours. Adopted by the City Council of Gadsden on September 26, 2023.
