Whereas, the Building Official has determined that a structure located at

106 Elmer Street (or possibly 104 Elmer Street) in District 2 in the City of Gadsden, more particularly described as:

For a point of beginning to describe the lands herein, start at the Northeast corner of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4), and from thence run in a Southerly direction and along the East line of said forty a distance of 210 feet to a point; thence run in a Westerly direction parallel with the North Line of said forty a distance of 278 feet more or less, to the East line of that certain tract of land conveyed by R.L.
