The Rainbow City Lions Club will hold its annual Pancake Day on Saturday, April 11, 2026, at the Rainbow City Community Center, 3702 Rainbow Drive. The event runs from 6 a.m. to noon and features all-you-can-eat pancakes, sausage, biscuits and gravy, along with milk, juice or coffee. Tickets are $7 in advance or at the door, and children six and under eat free. Carry-out will be available, and diabetic syrup will be provided.
