Whereas, default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Danny Lynn Guest and wife, Donna L. Guest, to Cardinal Health 110, LLC on the 22nd day of September, 2022, said mortgage being recorded at Instrument #:  3548945,  in the office of the Judge of Probate of Etowah County, Alabama, and the undersigned, by reason of such default, having declared the entire remaining indebtedness secured by said mortgage to be immediately due and payable, and said mortgage subject to foreclosure, and such default continuing, notice is hereby given, that acting under the power of sale contained in said mortgage, the undersigned, Dana L. Scope of Work Construction of a new structural steel tube frame and standing seam metal canopy over the stage of the Mort Glosser Amphitheatre.  Related work will also include new concrete footings, prefinished metal fascia and trim components, painting of the structure and a soffit system.

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Sealed proposals will be received by The Utilities Board of Rainbow City, until 2:00 PM local time on July 29th, 2025 for the construction of the

2025 Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation

at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read.

A summary of the work items is included below:

The Work included in this Contract generally consists of sanitary sewer system rehabilitation, to include pipe bursting, point repairs, lateral reconnections and replacements, and manhole lining.

A NON-MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be held at the Utilities Board of Rainbow City Office, 1540 Sutton Bridge Road, Rainbow City, AL 35902, on Tuesday, July 22, 2025 at 10:00 AM local time to receive questions from interested parties.  The project site may be reviewed at this time.  Any required answers or responses will be issued by Addendum.

The work of constructing the project will be let under one Contract if an award should be made; and the Owner reserves the right to select the Bid considered by the Owner to be in the best interest of the Owner.

A cashier’s check or bid bond payable to The Utilities Board of Rainbow City, in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the amount of the bid, but in no event more than $10,000, must accompany the bidder’s proposal.  Performance and Payment Bonds and evidence of insurance required in the bid documents will be required at the signing of the Contract.
