Coming off a huge Class 7A, Region 4 victory, Gadsden City must focused on this week’s game or an upset could be in the offing.

Both teams have shown they can score points, so the defenses may be key.

The Titans seem to have the edge, as Gadsden City has averaged scoring 40.8 points per game and has given up 20.4 points per game.

Meanwhile, the Huskies have scored 29.5 points per game and have allowed 32.3.

Gadsden City currently holds the top spot in the region, a game ahead of Bob Jones, James Clemens, Buckhorn and Huntsville.

Last week for the Titans, Gabriel Ford rushed for 110 yards, while Damon Williams added 108 and two touchdowns.

Gadsden City head coach Matt Scott could not be reached for comment.
