Singer Bret Michaels to perform at Center Stage

Bret Michael Sychak is better known by his stage name, Bret Michaels. Michaels will be performing at Center Stage in Rainbow City on December 12.

The show begins at 8 p.m. Doors open at 7 p.m.

Tickets range from $20 for general admission to $50 for the first 20 rows of the concert venue.

Michaels first rose to fame as the lead vocalist of Poison.

Bret Michaels began his solo career in 1998, with the album “A Letter from Death Row.” It is the soundtrack to a movie ‘A Letter from Death Row’ which Michaels wrote, directed and starred in.

Michaels didn’t make charts again until 2010 with his album “Custom Built.” It is the most successful solo album Michaels has released so far. The album reached #1 on the Top Independent Album and Top Hard Rock Albums chart, as well as making it to #14 on The Billboard 200. The album featured Miley Cyrus in the song “Nothing to Lose.” The first song on the album, “Riding Against the Wind,” is the theme song to the reality show ‘Bret Michaels: Life As I Know It.’ The album also has a new rendition of Poison’s hit single, “Every Rose Has Its Thorn” with a country music twist

Michaels newest album release was “Jammin’ with Friends,” which was released last year. This album features many of Michaels’s friends and fellow musicians. Phil Collen from Def Leppard and Sal Costa are featured in “Get Your Rock On.” The album hit #13 on the Billboard Top Hard Rock Albums Chart.

This musical experience is the perfect gift for a rock and roll fan or musician.
