The Southside Athletic Foundation is holding the first annual Southside Football Kickoff Classic Four-Man Scramble Golf Tournament on July 26 beginning at 8 a.m. at Silver Lakes in Glencoe. All proceeds will go to support the Southside High football program. Tournament fee is $75 per player and $300 per team. The fee covers 18 holes on a championship golf course with cart, range balls and lunch. Corporate Hole Sponsorship, which includes a tee box sign, is $100. Prizes will be awarded for 1st and 2nd place teams. There also will be door prizes. All early entries will receive a Southside Football Kickoff Classic tee shirt. Registration deadline is July 16.
