Southside lost to Oxford, 9-2, in the Class 6A, Area 13 Tournament championship game on May 4 at OHS. The Lady Panthers (28-16) qualified for the Class 6A North Regional Tournament this weekend in Huntsville. Southside plays Cullman on Thursday (May 11) at 1:30 p.m.
Hokes Bluff fell to White Plains, 9-0, in the Class 4A, Area 12 Tournament championship game on May 2 at WPHS. The Lady Eagles (10-22) qualified for the Class 4A North Central Regional Tournament this weekend in Tuscaloosa. Hokes Bluff will face Winfield on Thursday (May 11) at 10:30 a.m.
West End lost to Cleveland, 7-3, in the Class 2A, Area 12 Tournament championship game at CHS on May 2. The Lady Patriots qualified for the Class 2A North Central Regional Tournament this weekend in Tuscaloosa. West End will play Collinsville on Friday (May 12) at 3 p.m.
