Southside players make all-region football team

Several members of the Southside High School football team made the Class 6A, All-Region 7 team.
Selected to the first team were junior receiver Cody Roberts (pictured above at left), senior offensive lineman Tucker Pearce, junior defensive lineman Jerrod Harden and sophomore linebacker Tytan Rich.
Making the second team were sophomore quarterback Gauge NeSmith, senior receiver Damon Hitchcock, senior offensive lineman Jacob Strunk, senior defensive linemen John Gilbert and Ethan Light and senior defensive back Taylor Carr.
Earning honorable mention status were senior running back Maddox Parsons, sophomore receiver Cayden McMichael, senior linebackers Broady Johnson and Spencer Sharpe, senior defensive back Carson Riddlespur and freshman defensive back Koal Garrett.
