U.S. Air Force Retired Lt. Col. and SCV member John T. Coffindaffer and his wife Tammy, along with Etowah 1620 UDC members placed a wreath at the Emma Sansom’s monument in remembrance of the day of her death on Tuesday, August 9 in Gadsden.
