City of Attalla honors Dr. Debora Reiland

Attalla city and fire officials honored Dr. Debora Reiland at the Jan. 6 council meeting for her service as the medical director for the Attalla Fire Departments medics.

Without a physicians to authorize treatments, Attalla Fire Chief Robert Dillard said, the city’s medic can’t provide the services they do for the people of Attalla. He said Reiland serves as medical director for Attalla’s and others emergency response agencies in Etowah County. She has served more than 20 years as medical director.
