Gadsden State spikers earns fourth win of season

Gadsden State improved to 4-7 on the season with a 27-25, 24-26, 25-19, 25-14 win over Meridian (Miss.) Community College on Tuesday, Sept. 10. For the Lady Cardinals, Kaleigh Butler had 11 kills, followed by Kiley Turner with nine, Ella Garmany with eight, Savannah Hall and Makasia Crawford with five each and Ally Folsom with four.
Rylin St. Clair dealt out 20 assists, while Emma Earl distributed 13. Kinslee Gray had two service aces.
Allie Bryant came up with 23 digs, followed by Sr. Clair with 13, Earl with 11, Gray with seven, Garmany and Lacie Roer with five each and Tyler and Hall with four each.

Gadsden State lost to Pearl River (Miss.) Community College, 25-23, 25-17, 17-25, 25-17, 15-10 on Monday, Sept. 9 in Poplarville. Miss. For the Lady Cardinals (3-7), Kaleigh Butler had 13 kills, followed by Kiley Turner and Savannah Hill with 11 each, Ella Garmany with seven and Ally Folsom with six.
Emma earl and Rylin St. Clair distributed 23 and 22 assists, respectively. Tyler and Allie Bryant each had three aces.
Bryant came up with 23 digs, followed by St. Clair with 12, Earl with 11, Garmany with nine, Kinslee Gray with seven, Tyler with six, Butler with five, Hall with four and Folsom, Makasia Crawford and Ellie Carden with three each.

Gadsden State posted a 25-20, 21-25, 25-23, 14-25, 15-13 victory over Bevill State in Alabama Community College Conference action on Sept. 5 in Fayette.
For the Lady Cardinals, Savannah Hall had 16 kills, followed by Ella Garmany with 12, Kiley Tyler with 11, Ally Folsom and Kaleigh Butler with six each and Ryleigh Pack with four.
Emma Earl and Rylin St. Clair had 24 and 23 assists, respectively. Allie Bryant had two service aces.

Gadsden State fell to Wallace State-Hanceville, 18-25, 16-25, 25-20, 18-25 on Sept. 4 at Beck Gymnasium.
