GSCC Homecoming Court selected

Gadsden State Community College Cardinals homecoming favorites were selected by popular student vote and were chosen from all campuses.  Courtney Van Nest of Alexandria was crowned the 2014 Homecoming Queen.  She is majoring in education and represented the Wallace Drive Campus. Jacob Mitchell was the favorite chosen to escort Van Nest.  Mitchell is a native of Rome, Georgia, majoring in engineering. 

Representing the Valley Street Campus were Precious Jackson (Anniston) and Logan Brown (Ohatchee).  Jackson and Brown are both majoring in nursing.  Representing Gadsden State Cherokee were Georgiana Lamar (Cedar Bluff) and J.D. Gallaway (Centre).  Lamar is an accounting major while Gallaway is a student in the Emergency Medical Services Program.  The McClellan Center representatives were Mallory Haynes (Jacksonville) and Garrett Bell (Alexandria). Haynes is majoring in general studies and Bell is majoring in history.  The Ayers Campus representatives were Courtney Wiggins (Saks) and Ben Trickett (Munford).  Wiggins is majoring in medical transcription and coding and Trickett is an electronic engineering major.
