Ordering Abatement of Nuisance

                                                                       

Whereas, the Building Official has determined that a structure located at 

712 NUCKOLLS STREET in District 2 in the City of Gadsden, more particularly described as:

A lot or parcel of land described as beginning where the southwest line of Lot Number Seven (7) intersects the southeast line thereof and from thence run in a Northeasterly direction and along the southeast line of Lot #7 a distance of 150 feet, more or less, to the southwest line of that certain lot conveyed by J. M. League and Carrie E. 2. The Building Official is authorized to abate the nuisance by removing or repairing said structure and to give notice of this decision in accordance with the City Code.
