PUBLIC HEARING

The Water Works Board of the City of Attalla will hold a public hearing on February 13, 2023 from 5:00 PM until 6:00 PM at the Attalla Water Board Office, 509 4th Street NW, Attalla, AL. 35954 to discuss the submission of an application for the 2023 Drinking Water State of Revolving Fund (DWSRF) loan program through the Alabama Department of Environmental Management and the Environmental Information Documents (EID) associated with the proposed project.  The hearing will address the upgrade of the Cleveland Avenue Booster Pump Station to provide for a larger pumping capacity.  A copy of the EID will be available for review at the Public Hearing.

Any persons with disability or communication impairment should contact the Attalla Water Board at (256)538-3322 if special accommodation is needed.  The board will attempt to satisfy all reasonable requests.

Ordering Abatement of Nuisance                                                                       

Whereas, the Building Official has determined that a structure located at

141 BROOKWOOD DRIVE in District 1 in Gadsden, more particularly described as:

Lot Number Nine (9), in Block Number Two (2), according to the survey of Brookwood Addition to Gadsden, as recorded in Book “D”, Pages 88 and 89, in the Probate Office of Etowah County, Alabama.
