Default having been made of the terms of the loan documents secured by that certain mortgage executed by Allison L Waits An Unmarried Woman to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as mortgagee, as nominee for Peoples Independent Bank, its successors and assigns dated May 11, 2018; said mortgage being recorded on May 11, 2018, as Instrument No. 3467400 in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Etowah County, Alabama.
