NOTICE OF MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE

STATE OF Alabama COUNTY OF ETOWAH

Default having been made of the terms of the loan documents secured by that certain mortgage executed by Dayton Parrish A Single Man,  to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as mortgagee, as nominee for America’s Wholesale Lender, its successors and assigns dated April 2, 2002; said mortgage being recorded on April 10, 2002, as Instrument No. M-2002-1687 in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Etowah County, Alabama. Said Mortgage was last sold, assigned and transferred to LoanCare, LLC in Instrument 3498529 in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Etowah County, Alabama.
