Default having been made of the terms of the loan documents secured by that certain mortgage executed by Shannon D Baty An Unmarried Person to Compass Bank dated July 21, 2014; said mortgage being recorded on July 22, 2014, as Instrument No. 3404745 in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Etowah County, Alabama.

Said property is commonly known as 204 Keysburg Road, Gadsden, AL 35905.

Should a conflict arise between the property address and the legal description the legal description will control.
