You are hereby given notice that you are required to file an Answer with the Clerk of the Etowah County Juvenile Court and with the Petitioner’s attorney, Laura T. Lloyd, 200 Chestnut Street, Gadsden, AL, 35901, within fourteen (14) days from the date of last publication of this notice or a judgment by default may be entered against you. You are further notified of your right to have an attorney to represent you, and if you cannot afford to hire an attorney, one will be appointed by the Court to represent you in this proceeding. A hearing is set for 1:30 p.m. on January 7, 2021, before Hon. Joe Nabors at the Etowah County Judicial Building in Gadsden, Alabama. You may appear at the hearing and contest the Petition if you choose.
