Said parcel of land being a portion of the NE 1/4 of the SE ¼ of Section 11, T-12-S, R-6-E, being subject to any easement rights for the Drainage Channel across portions of the East and West Side of the property, also being subject to any easement rights for any utilities lying on or over said property, lying and being in the City of Gadsden, Etowah County, Alabama containing 8.59 acres more or less.
