Amending Fiscal Year 2024 Budget

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GADSDEN, ALABAMA, that Ordinance No. O-61-23 (Fiscal Year 2024 Budget) is further amended by transferring $1,068,404.95 from the general fund unassigned fund balance to the following accounts:

• $910,000 into account #001-7500-418.70-11 for the purchase of a Garbage Truck ($410,000) and two (2) Loader Trucks ($500,000).

• $26,104.95 into account #001-8500-422.70-30 for the purchase of 5 E-Bikes for the Police Department.

• $132,300.00 into account #001-2600-419.70-55 for the purchase of HVAC for former YMCA building.

NOTICE OF PROPOSED VACATION OF AN ALLEY RUNNING FROM MAYFLOWER STREET TO NORRISWOOD STREET

A declaration has been received by the City of Gadsden for the vacation of an alleyway, described as follows:
