Default having been made of the terms of the loan documents secured by that certain mortgage executed by Jared Oneal Posey Unmarried Man to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as mortgagee, as nominee for Renasant Bank, its successors and assigns dated July 13, 2018; said mortgage being recorded on July 16, 2018, as Instrument No. 3470702 in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Etowah County, Alabama. PARCEL TWO: A lot or parcel of land described as beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot #21, which point is also the Northwest corner of that certain parcel conveyed by William Vincent Norton, et al, to Ann Johnson Stearns in deed recorded in Book 1078, page 203, Probate Office, Etowah County, Alabama; thence from said beginning point run in a Westerly direction along the Northernmost line of Lots #21, #22 and #23, a distance of 150.2 feet to the Northwest corner of Lot #23; thence in a Southerly direction and along the Westernmost line of said Lot #23 a distance of 79 feet, more or less, to a point which is the same point as the Northwest corner of that certain parcel conveyed by deed from William Vincent Norton, et al, to Wayne L. Prince, Sr., et al, dated May 10, 1973; thence run in an Easterly direction in a direct line parallel to the Southernmost line of Lots #23, #22 and #21, which line is also the Northernmost line of the above mentioned Prince deed a distance of 150 feet, more or less, to a point on the Easternmost line of Lot #21, which is the same point as the Southeast corner of the above mentioned Stearns deed; thence run in a Northerly direction along the Easternmost line of said Lot #21 to the point of beginning and embracing portions of Lots #21, #22 and #23, all in Block #2 in C.
