Default having been made of the terms of the loan documents secured by that certain mortgage executed by Jacob Shaneyfelt An Unmarried Person to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as mortgagee, as nominee for Priority Bank, FSB, its successors and assigns dated December 20, 2013; said mortgage being recorded on December 30, 2013, as Instrument No. 3396386 in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Etowah County, Alabama. A cashier’s check or bid bond payable to Gadsden State Community College in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the amount of the bid, but in no event more than $10,000, must accompany the bidder’s proposal. Performance and Payment Bonds and evidence of insurance required in the bid documents will be required at the signing of the Contract.
