A strip of land, 100 feet in width, lying within the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SW ¼ of the NE ¼) of Section 03, Township 11 South, Range 7 East, Etowah County, Alabama, such strip being more particularly described as follows:

To reach the point of beginning of said strip, commence at the Northeast corner of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 03, Township 11 South, Range 07 East, marked by a found 1” iron pipe; thence run S88º46’46”W, a distance of 354.11 feet along the northerly line of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 03 to a point; thence turn a deflection angle to the left of 115º16’50”, such point being the Point of Beginning of a survey line used to describe said strip of right-of-way herein described; therefrom, said strip is 100 feet in width and lies 50 feet either side of said survey line (Less and Except any portion of said strip which lies east of the of the easterly boundary line of Defendants’ property), and the continuations thereof, which begins at such point of beginning and runs S26º30’04”E, a distance of 834.04 feet to a point (a found 1/2 inch rebar with yellow cap stamped “B. Means” on the easterly line of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 03 lies 0.3 feet right (southwest) from such point); thence continue S26º30’04”E, a distance of 106 feet, more or less, to a point (the easterly line of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 03 lies 50 feet right (southwest) from such point), such point also being the point of ending of the strip of right-of-way herein described.
