Notice is hereby given that on the 22nd day of September, 2016 the above named Plaintiff filed in the Circuit Court a cause of action, against Defendant Retail Redy, LLC. Said action was filed for breach of contract, negligence, wantonness, fraudulent misrepresentation, fraudulent suppression and breach of warranty arising from the sale of a 2012 Dodge Charger on or about May 30, 2014. Said Dodge Charger vehicle had its original VIN plates removed and replaced with fraudulent plates and original VIN was reported as a stolen motor vehicle. Plaintiff seeks compensatory and punative damages against Defendant Retail Redy, LLC as a result of the fraudulent sale of the subject vehicle.

THAT on the 22nd day of September, 2016, Eric D. Bonner, Attorney for the Plaintiffs filed in the above styled cause an an Affidavit stating that the Defendant Retail Redy, LLLC, and its owner and registered agent Brian C. Campbell, current address is unknown and that reasonable diligence has been exercised to locate the same.

NOW, THEREFORE, the same Retail Redy, LLC is hereby commanded to Answer or plead by January 2, 2017 to the Complaint filed in the above entitled cause.
