West End junior pitcher/infielder Josie Bunch and Glencoe junior catcher Abi Bunt were recently selected to North roster for the AHSAA North/South All-Star softball game July 19 in Montgomery.
Bunch finished with 38 hits, 33 RBI, 28 runs and a .396 batting average while helping the Lady Patriots win the Class 2A Area 10 Tournament and earn a berth in the Est Regionals.
Bunt (pictured above) batted .490 with 51 hits, 58 runs and 44 RBI while helping the Lady Yellow Jackets win the Class 3A Area 11 Tournament and coming a game short of qualifying for the state tournament.
