West End lost to Collinsville, 34-3, on Friday in a Class 2A, Region 7 game at CHS.
Collinsville netted 468 yards of offense to the Patriots’ 181.
West End (0-2, 0-1) got on the scoreboard with a 27-yard Jackson Stancil field goal 22 seconds before halftime.
Hunter Grant led the Patriots with 62 yards on 21 carries. He also was 9-of-17 passing for 75 yards.
West End hosts Cleveland on Friday in more region action.
