Safeway wins waste disposal award

The Glencoe Award Program selected Safeway Industrial Service LLC for the 2014 Best of Glencoe Award in the Hazardous Waste Disposal category. Safeway held a ribbon cutting on Monday, Oct. 6 for its new universal management waste program. The program allows people to safely dispose of unsafe waste many businesses don’t realize are unsafe. Safeway Industrial LLC has been in business for 23 years.

These are local companies that enhance the positive image of small business through service to their customers and the community. These exceptional companies help make the Glencoe area a great place to live, work and play.

Various sources of information were gathered and analyzed to choose the winners in each category. The 2014 Glencoe Award Program focuses on quality, not quantity.
