Gadsden City High School boys soccer team defeated Oxford High School, 4-2, on March 8 at Oxford. 

Peyton Stewart scored a pair of goals for the Titans, while Preston Rivas and Felipe Castillo chipped in a goal each. 

Gadsden City improved its record to 3-3, 2-1 with the win.

The Titans dropped their match to Austin High School (Decatur), 1-0, on March 6 at Gadsden City.

Goalkeeper Nich Coward posted four saves for the Titans.

Gadsden City had six shots on goal.

The Titans dropped to 2-3 overall and 1-1 in the area.

Gadsden City will host Clay-Chalkville on March 13 at 7:30.
