Toy and collectibles show and sale set for Sept. 7

Kids of all ages and collectors of most everything are invited to the Northeast Alabama Toys and Collectibles Show and Sale from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sept. 7 at Gadsden Convention Hall at 344 South 1st Street.

The event is open to dealers and collectors. Organizers hope to have items in many categories on display and for sale, including toy soldiers, play sets, action figures, cars, trains, dolls and anything else in the toy category.

Entry fee is $45 per table. For more information contact Mike Mullins at mull9648@bellsouth.net.

Mullins said 15 percent of the profits from the show and sale will got to St. Jude’s Childrens Hospital and 15 percent will go to Gadsden-Etowah Habitat for Humanity.

Admission is free.
