Westbrook outscored West End 17-9 in the third quarter of Tuesday night varsity action en route to a 63-53 victory.
The Warriors and the host Patriots exchanged the lead for most of the first half before superb rebounding by Westbrook and tons of missed shots in the lane by West End in the third quarter took its toll.
