Westbrook holds off Section, keeps playoff hopes alive

Westbrook Christian continued its march toward a playoff spot with a 38-28 win over Class 2A, Region 7 rival Section on Friday (Oct. 18) in Rainbow City.

Eagles, Patriots, Conquerors come up short

Hokes Bluff lost to Anniston, 33-7, on Friday in a Class 4A, Area 5 game at AHS.

The Eagles’ lone touchdown came on a fourth-quarter touchdown pass from Cole Williams to Phillip Ward.
