Gadsden’s Olive Garden is officially open for business on Rainbow Drive.
“We are extremely proud of the team and the community for the experience up to this point,” said General Manager Rick Shepperd. “It has been incredible.”
As of its April 24 opening, the restaurant employs 158 staff members, all locals.
“The transition has been very smooth,” Shepperd said. “I’m making sure that some of the money stays right here.”
